Criminal compliance in the Aranzadi Social Forum

On January 25th, Prof. Dr. Fernando Miró, Senior Ethical Analyst in Plus Ethics, was invited to participate with a communication on the structure and scope of Plus Ethics’ Criminal Compliancemodel in the important Aranzadi Social Forum that took place in the city of Elche (Spain) and was organized by Thomson Reuter Formación.

This forum is a meeting between compliance professionals and risk management systems in companies, among them those responsible for human resources and labor relations, labor lawyers, company lawyers, social graduates, union advisers, business advisors and public employees. Its main objective is, from the practice and the debate, the continuous updating of the necessary knowledge in the field of Labor Law and Social Security.
